Most of our projects fall into the Plan & Spec category. A professional engineer designs the job. The building, mechanical, and electrical drawings are coordinated. We work with the Suppliers of the various products to match the equipment to the specification for each job. Once the materials and equipment are available, we complete the work that was designed.

GEM works with customers and engineers to propose and design mechanical layouts and piping locations using the latest scanning equipment and design software.
