The scope of this project included the supply and install of a new air conditioning system for the server room at 200 South Providence Road, Wallingford, Pennsylvania. GEM mounted the condenser unit on a plastic pad on the roof. New refrigerant piping was run from the new evaporator through the pipe chase outside of the server room. Due to space restraints the fan unit was installed in the hallway providing more efficient and easier access for servicing and preventive maintenance.
