This project at 35 Union Street, Morrisville, PA included the removal and salvage of three window air conditioning units, two spit‐system air conditioning units on housekeeping pads and two condensers on a new slab. The removal and disposal of asbestos, siding and floor tiles was required for new work. All of the required refrigerant and condensate piping, accessories, and pipe and duct insulation for the two air conditioning units were furnished and installed by GEM. Other installed equipment included the required louvers, motor operated dampers, fire dampers and the controls for proper operation. Balancing, start‐up, and owner training were completed.
